- Deadline for registration: July 1st, 2015
- Registration will close as of mid-night July 1st, 2015

d) Registration for accompanying persons: 300 €
The registration fee (a, b, c or d) includes a cocktail on the first night, 3 lunches and 5 coffee breaks as well as the last dinner Conference.

Refunds (less a 50 € administration fee) will be granted to participants unable to attend. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after July 5th, 2015.
